![]() ![]() On another note though, you should be able to snag a incredibly cheap windows xp machine nowadays from just about anyone that's outgrown some of the early 2000 machines for dirt cheap or even free depending on family/friends. The stream quality will be based on the connection speed. It's not necessary to buy teamviewer as it can be pricey, it's free for using it this way. If you do decide to create a teamviewer account you can just have both stay signed in and you won't have to put in the user ID. The app transmits sound/audio, and complete control to your MAC using the password. Run the app on the ipad, insert the 9 digit user ID and the password XXXXX you're good to go. Open it on the mac and you'll be presented with a 9 digit user id and password (that you can change). Anyway once you install it on your mac and ipad. So once it's installed on both devices, you can create an account for free (you don't have to, but it helps to make use the buddy list it has rather than having to type in the user ID, which is remembered anyway). There's a couple ways you can set this up, but you'll want unattended access and be sure to choose for non-commerical use when using it.
